Kailash Mansarovar Yatra from Lucknow is a specialized, fast-paced itinerary that excludes the 3-day Mount Kailash Parikrama (trek/kora). It focuses on reaching Lake Mansarovar and getting a close Darshan (view) of Mount Kailash via a combination of road, fixed-wing flight, and helicopter.
The journey involves travel from Lucknow to Nepal, multiple flights/helicopters, and road travel into Tibet. Please note that the schedule is highly dependent on weather conditions, particularly the flights in Nepal.

Itinerary
Day 1 | Lucknow – Nepal Gunj (220 kms drive / 5-6 hrs-150 Meter)
Pick-up from Lucknow Airport / Station / Hotel.
Further proceed to Nepal Gunj.
On arrival check-in to the hotel in Nepal Gunj.
Overnight stay with Dinner.
Day 2 | Nepalgunj – Simikot (50 mins flying-2910 Meter)
Morning after Breakfast proceed to Nepalgunj airport to board the flight from Nepal Gunj to Simikot.
Rest for the acclimatize for high altitude at Simikot.
Enjoy the nature walk at hill side and evening spent the time in leisure.
Overnight stay at Simikot
Day 3 | Simikot – Hilsa - Taklakot (30 mins flying | 10 mins walk | 30 Kms drive-4755 Meter)
After morning breakfast, board the helicopter for Hilsa (Nepal – China Border).
Pick-up at Helipad by Shera and assist to have lunch at Hilsa and then proceed to border & cross the border. Enter the Tibet Region.
Meet our Tibetan and Nepali crew and further drive to Taklakot.
Overnight stay at the hotel in Taklakot.
Day 4 | Taklakot (Purang) – Mansarovar (78 Kms drive-4590 Meter)
This is auspious day of this Yatra as we have to see first sights of the Mount Kailash and holy Mansarovar Lake.
After breakfast drive to Lake Mansarovar and do Parikrama (by Bus) of this holy lake and take holy water of the lake and rest of the day free for spiritual activities, such as the abode of god will be a lifetime- achievement. Pooja, Havana, holy bath, etc.
Overnight stay at the shore of Lake Mansarovar.
Day 5 | Mansarovar – Yamdwar (Darchen) (40 Kms drive-4602 Meter) - Taklakot
After breakfast, drive 2 hours reach at Yamdwar via Darchen city.
On arrival do Darshan and Parikrama of Yamdwar and Darshan of Kailash South Face.
After spend some time return back to Taklakot for night stay.
On the way do some shopping at Darchen (souvenir) as per time limit.
Dinner and Overnight Stay hotel at Taklakot.
Day 6 | Taklakot – Nepal Gunj
Morning after breakfast check out from hotel and proceed to Hilsa by road on reaching board the helicopter and fly to Simikot as soon as possible.
Get the connected flight to Nepal Gunj.
On arrival at Nepal Gunj, check-in to the Hotel for the Overnight stay at Nepalgunj.
Day 7 | Nepal Gunj - Lucknow (220 kms / 5-6 hrs)
After breakfast check-out from the hotel and proceed to Lucknow by road.
Final drop at Lucknow Airport / Railway Station / Hotel for the forward’s journey.
